We collect only the data needed to run your account: name, contact details, payment identifiers, and session logs. We do not sell this data to third parties, and we store it on servers compliant with applicable data-protection standards.

These terms cover the conditions under which your account operates: how you open and close it, what activity is permitted, how payments are processed via UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe, and what happens when a dispute arises.

We will always notify you before a change takes effect. A notice appears in your account and is sent to your registered contact. If you continue using your account after the update date, you are considered to have accepted the revised terms.

Log in to your account, visit the Help Centre, and submit a data-access request form. After we verify your identity, we will send a structured export of your data within 30 days to your registered email address.

Once a deposit instruction leaves our platform to UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe, that transaction is governed by your agreement with those providers as well as ours. Disputes about transfer failures should be raised with both parties simultaneously.

We retain account records for the period required under applicable Indian regulations after closure. After that statutory window, your data is removed from our active systems. You can request confirmation of deletion once the period lapses.
